What can a prospective client company expect from Waterford Executive Group? Let’s back up. Maybe the first question to ask is Why? Given the cost, why should an organization engage the services of an executive search firm to fill a particular position when they may be able to fill that position on their own? The simple answer to that is……. TIME AND MONEY.  How much time can an organization dedicate to recruiting for highly specialized professionals? Also, what are the associated costs of dedicating internal resources to such an endeavor? In the end, how much time, energy and resources will be expended to fill the position, and did the organization fill their position with the best possible candidate? 
It is our belief that we earn our fees by saving companies time and money.  It’s all about specialization. In the competitive world of executive search/executive recruiting it is imperative to operate in a highly specialized manner, and to develop an expertise in a limited number of functions or positions.  Since we were established in 1990 we have carved out Human Resources and the related subspecialties as our niche market. We don’t recruit sales people, engineers, operations etc….we stick with the area we know best.  Additionally, clients expect recruiting firms to provide insight into the marketplace and consultation as to the "best practices" for attracting and retaining valuable personnel, which is exactly what they get.
When our search firm is engaged, we look at the relationship with our client as a partnership. Once an assignment is accepted, we look to the client for relevant information and cooperation. No search assignment can be successfully completed in a timely manner without this vender/client partnering.
